Seppi M. presented itself at Bauma 2025, the most important trade fair for construction machinery that took place in Munich from 7 to 13 April, with an important novelty within its range: the first Maxicrushr xd stabilizer cutter. With this novelty, the company enters the road construction and maintenance sector, bringing quality and technology to the service of construction sites.
After the success of the Maxisoil and Starsoil multifunctional mulchers, Seppi M. has decided to focus on a machine that makes innovation and efficiency its peculiarities, taking soil stabilization operations to a higher level.
The Maxicrushr xd tiller has been developed to work with tractors with a power between 300 and 500 horsepower, which is necessary to crush stones up to 50 centimeters in diameter at a maximum depth of 50 centimeters. Thanks to these features, the tool ensures deep and homogeneous soil stabilization for industrial and airport areas, so as to prevent soil displacement and increase the load-bearing capacity.
In addition, Maxicrushr xd is also suitable for the maintenance of forest and agricultural paths and airstrips, optimizing soil compaction and durability, as well as the restoration of existing roads and soil reinforcement, reducing maintenance costs and improving the durability of infrastructure.
Coming to the technical characteristics, the Maxicrushr xd stabilizer cutter by Seppi M. is able to crush stones of 50 centimeters in diameter thanks to a sturdy rotor equipped with tungsten carbide tools capable of offering exceptional cutting power. To achieve maximum performance, the company has used patented technology based on an innovative transmission system to achieve efficient power distribution.
To adapt to all soil conditions and materials, the cutter features variable displacement chamber technology, while the Adam alignment system ensures longer life of the PTO shaft and input shaft, as well as increased lift and easier and faster alignment.
On the Maxicrushr xd power and reliability are never lacking: Seppi M. has in fact arranged on both sides of the rotor the Carbonchain toothed belt transmission with gearbox in the rotor, while the rotor with tungsten carbide hammers, equipped with Bolt Mono Protect V-Lock, Duo Extreme side and Duo Defender, allows you to maximize resistance to wear and impact.
The Maxicrushr xd stabilizer cutter by Seppi M. is not only brute force, but also technology for unparalleled ease of use: the machine has electronic control of the cooling system, to optimize cooling efficiency and extend the useful life of the tool. In addition, the machine is ISOBUS compatible, allowing seamless integration with modern tractor systems as well as advanced machine diagnostics.
